Orders are typically processed within two to three (2–3) business days after receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.

04 Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Iron Reserve Peptides is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs holds
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
05 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping fees.
06 Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the packaging and contents
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
